Cut each corner to be the bend in the leg, Styrofoam head and feet, fishing line threaded thru so he can hang and then black spray paint over the whole thing. Dozens of them hanging from the big tree in my front yard? What fun! Yea recycling!

@ScrappyScavenger, I don’t see the photo anywhere on the BHG site. It would be cool to use old timey photos of your grandparents, maybe. Or check a stock photo site or Flickr for photos.
