I hit Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store up on their New Years’ Sale and got some very fun stuff! I can’t resist the bead aisle — especially when beads are 50% off! I also took advantage of their 99 cent fat quarter sale, and I found a couple of very cool jewelry-making tools.

If you don’t feel like watching the video, here are some of the things I got at Jo-Ann:

Beads, including an amazing string of acorn beads! Clear geometric cube beads, and panda beads.

Some fun large-holed Mix & Mingle beads. I have a tutorial coming up on Live.Craft.Love using these beads so stay tuned!

Fun themed charms including scissor charms, nautical charms, camera charms, and a very cool fairy door pendant (it opens up, and you put a “wish” inside the door.)

The fairy door is so cool it gets its own picture. :)

A pile of fat quarters (they were only 99cents during the sale!) including this cool owl fabric.

And some fat quarter bundles – including a bundle of nesting doll fabric!
