How awesome is that?!?\u00a0\u00a0 I love shopping at craft stores, but I don\u2019t always have time to make the extra stop.\u00a0 Now I can grab what I need and throw it in the cart with the diapers and bananas.<\/p>\n<p>I received a box of products from Plaid, all of which you can get at Walmart today!\u00a0 Paintbrushes, stencils, acrylic and chalkboard paints, and even Mod Podge!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/walmart-office-supplies.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20895\" title=\"walmart office supplies\" src=\"http:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/walmart-office-supplies.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"371\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/walmart-office-supplies.jpg 371w, https:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/walmart-office-supplies-232x300.jpg 232w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 371px) 100vw, 371px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My challenge for this project was to make as many cool things as I could, using a $25 gift card to Walmart.\u00a0 My $25 bought me all the office supplies you see above:\u00a0 two sizes of clipboards, scissors, a calculator, a tape dispenser, a stapler (with staples and a letter-opener), a memo note holder (with notes), a hole punch, thumbtacks, pens and pencils.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/neon-paints-from-plaid.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20896\" title=\"neon paints from plaid\" src=\"http:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/neon-paints-from-plaid.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"440\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/neon-paints-from-plaid.jpg 440w, https:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/neon-paints-from-plaid-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When I got back, I pulled out a few colors of Plaid paints in trendy neon colors so that could make the supplies look like they were part of set.\u00a0 I had decided to color block them to make use of a popular and graphic trend.<\/p>\n<p>All I did to achieve the look was to paint the supplies using the Plaid paintbrushes and acrylic and chalkboard paints.\u00a0 I freehanded my blocks of color, but using painter\u2019s tape would make for crisper lines.<\/p>\n<p>HINT:\u00a0 To paint thumbtacks, push them into a spare piece of cardboard to prevent tipping and smudging!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/office-supply-collage.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20897\" title=\"office supply collage\" src=\"http:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/office-supply-collage.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"442\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/office-supply-collage.jpg 442w, https:\/\/dollarstorecrafts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/office-supply-collage-276x300.jpg 276w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 442px) 100vw, 442px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For $25 and some Plaid products, I was able to create trendy and practical supplies for my office.
